CTC – Based on Experience and Assessment Performance

Required Experience of Candidates:

• Strong understanding of WordPress (must) and WooCommerce (preferred)
• Core PHP(must) work experience of 3+years.
• Proficient in MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming paradigm and MVC pattern
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Experience with other PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony
• Experience with JavaScript front-end frameworks such as React or Vue
• Experience with API integrations (such as payment gateways)
• Independent project management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent teamwork abilities with designers and developers
• Strong problem-solving skills and learning capability

Your Responsibilities As a WordPress developer:

1. Developing and maintaining WordPress plugins and themes that meet the highest standards of quality and performance
2. Writing clean, testable and efficient code that follows the best practices of web development
3. Troubleshooting and Debugging issues that arise during development or deployment
4. Designing, developing and deploying new features and functionalities for web sites and web applications
5. Collaborating with other developers and designers to ensure a smooth and consistent user experience

• Total three rounds (2 assessment round and final round with CEO)
• Candidates will be required to share their code or GitHub/WordPress profile to verify coding skills(mandatory)
